NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Check out time is at 10:30 A.M. There are no refunds once the guest has checked in. There are no refunds for early departures. All rooms are Non smoking. Any room that has been smoked in or smells of cigarette smoke will be charged a fee of $250. Smoking facilities are provided outside each guest room. Please smoke away from open windows, doors and other guests. No pets are allowed in or around the facility. A cleaning charge of up to $500 dollars, or equal to the repair amount will be charged for damage. Excessive noise, disturbing other guests, may result in you being requested to vacate the Colonial Inn Motel. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. The Colonial Inn Motel asks that you consider and respect other guests and its neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to the Colonial Inn Motel property, that require specialist cleaning or repair will be charged to the registered guest.

If your room is left in an unsatisfactory state, this includes, excessive rubbish, misuse of motel property, any unhygienic uncleanliness, soiling, excessive mess or odor in the kitchen, which causes excessive and unwarranted cleaning time by Colonial Inn Motel staff, the Colonial Inn Motel reserves the right to charge for the cost of extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our guest rooms or property to its normal condition.
