Policy

  • Group cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the arrival date. Thereafter, 1- day charge will apply.

 

  • Group defined as 3 or more rooms reserved under same person’s name.

 

  • It is a serious offence to disable a smoke detector, fire alarm or fire extinguisher. Cigarette smoking in the non-smoking rooms is prohibited. If noticed, a $200.00 fine will be charged.

 

  • Quiet time 11pm at 10:30 am., we will call any room making excessive noise and if needed will be asked to leave immediately.

 

  • All damages to COLONIAL INN MOTEL property or equipment must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for all damages and losses to accommodations, facilities, equipment, however caused. Repairs replacement will be billed at cost.

 

  • The COLONIAL INN  MOTEL is not responsible for any damages, injuries or losses incurred while on the premises I property or while using the facilities.

 

  • Our facility offers rooms with Jaccuzi, 1-King Bed, 1-queen bed, 2-double beds and family suites.

 

  • Every room features three piece baths, Cable TV , Fridge, Microwave and a kitchenette

 

  • Walking distance to Restaurants and Shops, Beer and Liquor Store are close by within driveable distance of 10 minutes.  BBQ or campfires are not permitted on property.

 

  • WIFI internet free of charge

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days customer receives a 100 percent refund . An admin charge of $100 applies for all cancellations. This applies for individual or group cancellations.

 

  • No shows and same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

 

  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability for the requested dates . If rooms are not available on the requested dates, the Motel management is not obligated to provide alternative stay arrangements. No refunds in instances when rooms are not available for modification date
